A church built on the foundation of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and on the absolute authority of the Bible
Welcome to New Hope! Thanks for visiting our website. We hope you visit our brick and mortar church as well to join us as we worship our awesome Savior, Jesus Christ, who offers new hope to everyone who trusts in Him! New Hope Community Church exists to bring glory to Jesus in everything we do. It's all about Him! We desire to know Him intellectually, pursue Him relentlessly, approach Him reverently, love him intimately, follow Him unconditionally, worship Him passionately, stand up for Him unashamedly, serve Him excellently, and enjoy Him gladly. We invite you to join us on this journey. Blessings to you!
In His Service For His Glory,
The purpose of New Hope is to glorify God by fulfilling the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) by encouraging all people to be deep followers of Jesus Christ who are on a journey of holiness, surrender, knowledge and intimacy with Him.
New Hope seeks to benefit the people of the Lodi area by providing opportunities to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, to grow into spiritually mature disciples, to serve in the church using their spiritual gifts, and to enjoy the fellowship and care of the church family (Acts 2:42).
Our Sunday worship begins with adult Sunday School at 9:00a.m.
We are studying, the book of Romans. No Sunday School just yet as we start back to our regular Worship Service. We will keep you informed when we can meet again.
The Sunday Morning worship service begins at 10:30 a.m.
Please see the Special Message from the pastor regarding details of meeting together again.
Special Message From Pastor Frank:
The Governor has come out with a new mandatory mask requirement for gatherings in public places. Here is an excerpt of the order that would pertain to us:
[Masks are required] In any room or an enclosed area where other people (except for members of the person’s own household or residence) are present when unable to physically distance.
So, here's what we are going to do: as you come to church wear a mask. If you don't have one we have lots (they are on the information table and the side table to the right of the entry doors). Keep your mask on as you fellowship with one another before the service begins. As soon as we start the service or you take a seat we will be at an appropriate "social distance", so you can take your mask off if you wish and keep it off until the service is over. When you get up to leave, put your mask back on since we will not be at the appropriate social distance as we chat and leave. Once you are in the parking lot, you are on your own.
I know the effectiveness of the masks is not conclusive, but let's do our best to follow the guidelines as best as we can.
Things to keep in mind as you come:
If you think you have a fever, have a cough, trouble breathing, or don't feel well please refrain from coming as a precaution
Chairs need to be at least six feet apart (family members that live in the same house can sit together)
Please, no hugs or handshakes
There will be no coffee, snacks, or bulletins
Hand sanitizer will be available for use if you would like
Door knobs, bathroom faucets, toilet flushers, and other "touchable" things will be disinfected Sunday morning before you arrive
The offering will not be taken, but the baskets will be on the information table for you to drop in your envelope
There will be a sign with these points on the doors for you to reread before you come in.
I know this seems awfully strict and repetitious, but we are going by state and county guidelines. I want to make sure you are all as safe as possible when you come to church so you can concentrate on worshiping our wonderful God. We do what we can do humanly speaking, and then trust God to take care of us. Sure, there's a risk, but there's a risk going to the store or getting gas.
Finally, could you reply to me via email in letting me know if you plan on coming on Sunday? In this way, I can set up enough chairs and spread them around in the best possible way. Thanks!
I look forward to seeing you in person! If you have any questions or concerns please give me a call.
Love Ya' All!

But they found out about it and fled to the Lycaonian cities of Lystra and Derbe and to the surrounding country...(in Lystra) some Jews came from Antioch and Iconium and won the crowd over.
